What An Inspection Covers
The scope and limitations for both pest and building pre-purchase inspections are included in the Pest Inspection Agreement and Building Inspection Agreement forms, respectively, copies of which can be viewed here below. These forms are in compliance with the Australian Standards for inspections and give a thorough outline of the areas and services inspected. The use of a moisture meter is an integral part of the pest and building inspection process and comments will be made in the report if and where the presence of moisture is detected.
